Steve Hochman is the visionary behind OC|FIT, a revolutionary fitness boot camp designed to transform lives through fitness, nutrition, and mindset

Steve’s fitness journey started as an All-American high school football player, earning a scholarship to the University of Miami. After his football career ended, Steve faced a personal battle with obesity and high blood pressure. Motivated to change, he poured his passion into fitness and nutrition. Within six months, he transformed his body, shedding excess weight and resolving his health issues

This personal victory inspired Steve to help others achieve the same. He built a thriving personal training business, attracting over 100 clients. His success led him to co-found the world’s largest fitness franchise, which grew to over 600 locations globally. After selling his stake in 2012, Steve set out on a new mission—launching OC|FIT to continue empowering people to break through barriers and become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves

Kim’s passions are fitness, sunshine, cardio, her pup, and peanut butter! After overcoming severe scoliosis, she shifted from heavy lifting to endurance training, thriving on long-distance runs and marathon-style workouts

In 2023, Kim excelled in Hyrox, qualifying for the World Championship in Europe by placing 1st in “All Women” each time. Coaching the OC|FIT Hyrox Team has become her greatest joy, transforming everyday athletes into strong competitors

As a coach, Kim inspires through action, helping you achieve what you never thought possible. At OC|FIT, she’s your partner in becoming your best self, both physically and mentally

Meet Connor a hybrid athlete and trainer with a passion for running, cardio, and Hyrox. Since joining OC|FIT in early 2019, Connor’s training and mindset have reached new heights, thanks to the motivating trainers and the incredible community

 

Inspired by this journey, he joined the OC|FIT team to share that same energy and support with others. Having completed two Hyrox races | with three more on the way | Connor’s drive and motivation are unstoppable fueled by the support of his girlfriend and the OC|FIT family
